WAITING TIME APPX ONE- TWO WEEKS EXCLUDE WEEKENDS AND PH =7-14 WORKING DAYS** UNLESS INFORMED OTHERWISE

🚩 We do not do exchange, please check your sizes before submitting orders.
🚩 Do note colour may differ due to lighting or phone resolution.

WAITING INFO/CANCELLATION🎨
🚩Do take note that the appx time waiting is stated above but it can be delayed due to certain reasons such as supplier give us wrong size/wrong color/item/ defect/overwhelming of parcels at supplier side.
🚩Do order only if you can wait for uncertain arrival of time. We do not promise that items will arrive on your choice of date as this is preorder and we are not able to control when then item will arrive on a specified date.
📣In any case if you are not able to wait fr your item, PLEASE let us know so that we are able to request cancellation from HQ if able. If you do not initiate, we will assume that you are willing to wait for the delay. Once item is on shipment and otw to us, cancellation is not allowed.

EXCHANGE/DEFECT🎨
🚩 We do not do return or exchange on minor defect ( 1-2 areas) that can be altered by tailor. All tailoring fee will be responsible by us. Major defect of items (more than 2 areas) will be allowed to exchange to the same item (if it is still available). If any item found to be major defect, or wrong size, when you receive them and if the new same item appears to be out stock, please choose any other designs in our shop.
For return or exchange, MUST BE DONE OR INFORMED BY 3 WORKING DAYS. AFT 3 WORKING DAYS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE.

💕 WE WILL WHATSAPP YOU ON YOUR PARCEL PICTURE/ DETAILS BEFORE DELIVER, DO ENSURE THE NUMBER THAT YOU PROVIDE IS VALID AT THE TIME OF ORDER
📣Do note for purchase for different item, you will not be allowed to refund this means for eg. If you order men item from diff HQ and ladies items from diff HQ, and we have already proceed both orders but one of them got rejected, pls note we are not able to refund the order that have been successfully order. You can prevent that from happening by informing us early - when either one of your orders rejected and you would want to cancel all so we are aware of it. No refunds to items that are successfully ordered.
